Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, email: Nico.Sagolla@gmx.de, phone: +49 1573 7580380) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have
- expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
- confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
In practice, the license key is provided immediately after purchase; by giving the corresponding consent during the order process, the right of withdrawal expires upon provision.
